Dr. Chris Eagle, EVP, Quality & Service Improvement
Dr. Chris Eagle is Executive Vice President of Quality and Service Improvement, with responsibility for overseeing the operations of the larger academic hospitals, the central health service delivery zone, infection prevention and control, patient experience and ensuring quality and service improvement throughout the organization.
Prior to his employment with Alberta Health Services, Dr. Eagle held a number of senior health administration roles in the former Calgary Health Region, including serving as President and Chief Operating Officer.
Dr. Eagle received his MD from the University of Calgary, completed anesthetics specialty training at the University of British Columbia, and has an MBA from the University of Ontario. Dr. Eagle also holds membership in a number of professional medical and information management societies.
